Giftedness Integration Coaching

Giftedness integration coaching is for gifted and twice- or multi-exceptional adults who have either just embarked on their discovery process or feel ready to look deeper into their unique cognitive make-up and the role their giftedness / exceptionality plays in their life. Your gifted integration work may mean that you are happy to have just one session to find answers to your most burning questions, or it may feel that it's time for a deeper dive to explore and apply the various aspects of your giftedness and exceptionalities to your personal and professional life. For clients who are not already aware of the configuration of their giftedness profile and expression, I recommend having a giftedness assessment prior to starting giftedness integration work. For clients who already have a basic understanding of their level and areas of intelligence, as well as any overexcitabilities or twice-exceptionalities present in their profile, a certain amount of integration work can be done without a formal assessment. Gifted Coaching

I offer support for the intense and asynchronous, highly sensitive gifted (adult) minds to emerge, integrate and self-actualise. Throughout our coaching journey, I can assist you in understanding, accepting and validating your unique gifted or twice- / multi-exceptional mind. We’ll look at identifying your special traits and practical methods to integrate the sensitivities and intensities of your complex mind; to help you build a life that is meaningful to you and best reflects your values.

Biography Coaching

Biography Coaching aims to work towards healing and personal development by focussing on challenges and callings an individual’s own biography presents them with.

It addresses the pursuit for meaning and helps in times when we experience loss of orientation, context and sense.

Biography Coaching assists in bringing us back in touch with our unique story, our core values and existential meaning of our being, in interplay with our psychological, social and spiritual selves.

Becoming witness to our own story, Biography Coaching helps to see the unfolding of our life and the questions it confronts us with. Freed resources and uncovered values guide the path to new patterns of creation.

Orienting Session

If you don't know yet which coaching might benefit you most, whether gifted specific therapy may be needed instead or what to expect from a giftedness qualitative assessment, you can book a 60 minute orienting session. We'll map out where you're at in your giftedness discovery journey and what the next best steps could be. I might be able to help you to connect to other professionals and gifted specific groups, and to find beneficial resources and materials which can assist you in taking your next steps. A 60min orienting session is CHF 175.

I came to coaching with a big need to find a meaningful career. I was certain that when somebody finally could see what was inside of “me”, they would request immediately that I use my gifts to help others in "important" ways, and would want to help me get on the right track for that. What I learned working with Fabienne is that any belt that feels too tight is not where I belong. And that I have a unique way of being of service that first and foremostly supports my joy and my health. I used the material that came up in our sessions to think creatively and to get in touch with what is most meaningful to me, and came out the other side with a very clear idea of what that is. I took a huge step towards undoing the need to prove myself, because after realizing what works for me and brings me joy, I find myself not doing all the rest of things I had put in the way of myself.
